Out of Another Rabbit Hole

And this is not the rabbit hole that I went down with the geekpocalyptic action figure card. 
Six days since last post and I was not paying it any attention. This is the normal way of things in my mind. It is another reason why I don’t expect anyone to keep up with me when I am all too eager to head off down this or that tangent. But what a crazy set of days.

Part of this was starting up the new twitter. As with all of these efforts, every new little bit of social media connection it more interaction taken away from the whole. If you IG if you FB if you TW, you don’t get to do as much else.

Friday night was another great stream with Matt and co. Even caught the end of DC’s frolics. The next rabbit hole truly started Saturday.

The homepage project is very close to done. This means done enough to move on to other things and safe to leave it as it is. There is still the matter of some pages being broken inside the site. Another matter is useful contact links in case someone does want to link out from there. 

Spent Sunday mostly with the gang on Cardinal Sin’s stream, JakeD still hard at work with new responsibilities. After getting home in the evening, still working on the game dailies for LoM, doing a little research and setup on website information, managing a couple of collection items and issues, and soon its four thirty in the morning.

The work week was a slog since Monday. Hot, humid days, jacked up machines, issues that have been precedent for years and now with no support on hand, what do we do? We feed to the next day after proof we can’t band-aid the device to make it any better at the moment. Keep slogging, chaps. 

And another branch to the website tech rabbit hole led me down monetization. I’m looking at subscription management services and donation setup. 

At least, I’m close to just going live whether in game  or on various other tasks. My stream deck is ready and working. I have a restream set up to branch to youtube and twitch. And I have tests planned but not scheduled.

It’s a very interesting time.
