Disillusionment Eye Chest Checklist ♦ Hogwarts Legacy

Disillusionment chests, or Eyeball chests, are the best and earliest available means of collecting assets in Hogwarts Legacy. Those assets being the 500 galleons each one contains.

After Sebastian teaches the player the Disillusionment spell, these animated banks can be emptied into the player’s purse. Some have noticed by now their curious behavior. The character of the chests is very much like a high-toned guard importantly carrying on with its protection of the coins within. Once opened from behind obscuration, their sudden surprise followed by the whimper and resigned closing eye makes them seem sad that their watch has ended so ingloriously.

Some chests are kept in regions where Alohomora must be employed to secure them. The following unmarked crates can be collected in Hogwarts and Hogsmeade immediately after the “Restricted Section” quest. The rest require first helping Caretaker Moon with his issues.
