1. Astronomy Tower (Found and completed as the first example of the quest.) – Key: On the wooden staircase leading up the tower from the Astronomy Tower floo. Cabinet: Inside the Astronomy Classroom, to the left and against the wall when entering through the door.

2. Library – Key: On the Library base floor among the southern bookcases and on the opposite side from the Restricted Section. Cabinet: Northwest-most corner of the Library base floor against the west wall.

3. Main Central Hall – Key: Northern staircase descent in the alcove west of the double doors to the greenhouses. Cabinet: Southern staircase descent against the wall west of the stairs leading up from the Transfiguration courtyard doors.

4. Central Hall East Stairs – Key: The viaduct entryway foyer to the northern side under the staircase arch. Cabinet: Down the east stairs opposite the viaduct entry doors to the south against the southern wall.

5. Potions Classroom and Stairs – Key: The Potions classroom entryway. Cabinet: Against the wall at the bottom of the stairs from the Potions classroom entryway to the locked Long Gallery.

6. Grand Staircase – Key: Adjacent to the same landing as the “Moving Staircase” Revelio page above the Ravenclaw Tower Landing. Cabinet: Against the landing wall to the Great Hall between the Arithmancy closet and the Hogwarts Architect.

7. Great Hall – Key: Floating before the Great Hall’s fireplace. Cabinet: Against the wall of the mid landing up the stairs to the Great Hall mezzanine.

8. Viaduct Courtyard Entry Hall – Key: Upper landing of the entry hall. Cabinet: East against the wall of the lower landing by the locked closet.

9. Quad Courtyard – Key: Eastern patio adjacent to the Hufflepuff gardens. Cabinet: Set into the western alcove at the courtyard’s ground level against the wall shared with the South Wing hallway.

10. Defense Against the Dark Arts Tower – Key: Hovering near the rhino skeleton on the floor below the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom. Cabinet: Up the stairs against the eastern wall adjacent to the Serpentine Window.

11. Bell Tower History of Magic Staircase – Key: Hovering over the landing before the History of Magic classroom door. Cabinet: At the top landing, in the wall adjacent to the Bell Tower choir loft door.

12. Dungeon Sleeping Dragon – Key: Hovering directly in front and over the Sleeping Dragon in the basement passages beneath the History of Magic classroom. Cabinet: Back up the stairs against the wall adjacent to the Urn of Ashes.

13. Dungeon Casks – Key: In the basement hallway, just past the locked door flanked by stacked cauldrons (the Alchemy classroom door). Cabinet: Continue left into the room filled with casks, ahead of the key’s hallway. The cabinet is against the wall at its end.

14. Faculty Tower – (During or after “The Caretaker’s Lunar Lament”) Key: Floating about the floor above the entry floor near the Faculty Tower Arithmancy door. Cabinet: Set against the wall of the entry level adjacent to the bottom steps of the Faculty Tower staircase.

15. Clock Tower Mechanical Hallway – (During or after “The Caretaker’s Lunar Lament”) Key: Flitting about the Clock Tower end of the gallery hallway where the clock mechanical works are visible. Cabinet: Faculty Tower end of the same hallway between Boris the Bewildered and the door to the prefect’s bathroom.

16. Clock Tower Midfloor – (During or after “The Caretaker’s Lunar Lament”) Key: On the lowest pendulum signet arc level of the Clock Tower walkways to the western side. Cabinet: Set into the western wall on the next level above.
