I’ve migrated to a new cookie compliance service. The original was clean and easy, but it had a low monthly user allowance for its free service. Quite a few users have been interested in a handful of my pages, so we’ve broken the limit already this month, making this two months in a row. Everyone likes that one page a lot!
This site is my hobby, and it operates without patrons or ads. I’m not selling data, either, nor do I intend to use anything I could collect for anything more than opt-in services I provide, opt-in contacts, or any necessary contact, assuming I can realize member services. Even so, I do have services that set cookies to do other work, so I have to have something for compliance.
The new opt-out page has a couple of check boxes that can be unchecked to opt out of the service cookies. This equates to the lowest or bronze level in the previous service, which most users selected.
Thank you for your patience. I hope the information I include here is as useful, informative, or entertaining as I can make it.
