Atlas

   The realms of Ultima II are considerably more varied than its predecessor. Not only can you time travel on earth, using the gates, but you can land on other worlds using space-faring technology. Townes and keeps are more complex, and the dungeons and towers are now non-random from game to game.

   Earth should be represented on four maps, one each to the time periods that the moongates link to. The provided map details the passages, much as everyone that has ever seen the movie "Time Bandits" has come to remember. The manual goes into detail on this point. To summarize, gate passages are unidirectional but can go both directions if the symbols at the first point are the reverse of those at the second.

Time Map of Earth

   In each time, there are landmasses you can transit on foot. Each can have one or more gates outbound. The secret is knowing where you can get to and when. Hence, its a game point. Hence, the following table lists all possible outcomes:
