Ultima V Warriors of Destiny

   The Age of Enlightenment is thrown into a darkness no one thought possible. Lord British is lost. His party had disappeared into the vast reaches of the new underworld they were exploring. Only one soul returned to relay the tale of his loss at the hands of three powerful creatures of shadow.

   An able, though ambitious, noble named Blackthorn stepped in to maintain order. Over time, his rule darkened and his control over British's subjects tightened. The latest orders include the virtue laws, legislating harsh penalties for diverging from the strict adherence to a virtuous life.

   These later times have witnessed the coming of the Shadowlords to the townes, plaguing the people with their vices. It is almost a certainty that these beings are the same who brought doom on the once Lord of the lands.
